Today I launched a new blog, Article 3 Standing, which focuses on data breach litigation. The title refers to a common issue that arises in cases where individuals affected by a data breach sue the company responsible–i.e., can the plaintiffs establish legal standing to maintain a lawsuit under Article III of the U.S. Constitution? Some of the initial posts are duplicated from this website, but going forward I plan to post exclusively on data breach litigation to the new blog.
